Questions

What do people ask before they start?

All questions and answers
What does the BD 20 cover, and when do I pay it?
It covers a Saleem doctor's review of your reports, the hospital search, with each itemised quote explained to you, and a case manager until you are home. You pay it after your intro call. If you go ahead with treatment, it is credited to your bill. If we can't get you a quote within 4 weeks of receiving all the reports we asked for, we refund the BD 20. Search fee terms
Who sees my reports?
A Saleem doctor reviews them first. A hospital receives them only after you approve it in writing, and no other hospital sees them.
Can my family travel with me?
Yes. Tell us who is coming. What your quote covers depends on your case and the hospital, and each quote lists exactly what is included. Anything not listed, such as your family's flights and stay, is paid separately, and we can help arrange it. Visa requirements depend on each passport, and your case manager confirms them.
Does Saleem give medical advice?
No. Saleem AI and your case manager help with the arrangements. Only doctors give medical advice: a Saleem doctor in a video appointment, or your treating doctor at the hospital.
Which countries can I be treated in?
Thailand, South Korea, India, Jordan, Turkey and the United Kingdom, with care at home in Bahrain, including follow-up after treatment. We can also arrange treatment in other countries, including the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Ask us. See destinations
